Sometimes you need a place where you can let go, take a deep breath and reconnect with yourself. The Healing Days at Son Amoixa invite you to consciously bring your body, mind and soul into harmony, surrounded by Mediterranean tranquillity, nature and the special atmosphere of our hotel.
A key feature is the Spiritual Spinal Alignment, a spiritual and energetic treatment that can provide impetus for alignment, balance and well-being. It is offered at the Hotel Principal Son Amoixa with personal guidance.
Whether as a conscious break, as a complement to your stay or as a fresh impetus for greater peace and clarity: the Healing Days provide the space to get back into the flow.
What to expect:
- Yoga & meditation in the morning and evening on 3 days.
- Spiritual spinal alignment: correction of physical imbalances (45 mins).
- Sound bath & healing sounds: relaxation ceremony with crystal singing bowls.
