In our well-known gourmet restaurant, you can enjoy excellent, seasonal à la carte cuisine with recommendations from our chef that change several times a week, as well as an exquisite selection of wines. Our restaurant was awarded the «HolidayCheck Special Award Gastronomy».
In the warmer months, start the day with a hearty breakfast buffet while listening to birdsong on our sunny terrace. Dinner is served by candlelight on our large and romantic terrace.

MENU PRINCIPAL-CASINO NIGHT
We will serve a 5-phase gourmet menu to get you in the mood for the casino evening.
Start the evening with a glass of Escumos Son Moix Rosat (Miquel Gelabert, Mallorca) or a non-alcoholic cocktail. During the dinner we will serve you two glasses of 0.15 l wine (Nounat white and/or Obac red) and 0.5 liters of water per person.

Croquettes from red king prawns with lime mayonnaise
Manioc toast with marinated salmon and grapefruit gel
Phase 2
„Lagarto Iberico“ roll and vegetables Thai style
beetroot carpaccio with Burrata and caramelized walnuts
Phase 3
Sea bass in pistachio crust and sweet potato purée
Phase 4
Sirloin steak of Irish beef with port wine sauce and potato millefeuille
Phase 5
Brownie with walnuts and Baileys ice cream
If you wish, we will serve a coffee specialty with or after dessert.
Before you receive your 1,000 chips and go to Casino Principal, enjoy a digestif or a long drink/cocktail.
